Precision CNC Machining & Metal 3D Printing Manufacturer

Dongguan TC Precision Machining Co., Ltd. combines laser powder bed fusion with 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC finishing under one roof. Overseas OEMs and engineering teams use us to turn complex CAD models into functional prototypes, robot structural parts, precision gears and low-volume production components.

Our engineers bring 10+ years of hands-on machining and additive experience. Instead of forcing one process, we review every drawing for manufacturability and plan the shortest, most reliable route: print where geometry demands it, machine where tolerance demands it.

Why TC Precision

Why Global Buyers Source Precision Parts from TC

Sourcing from overseas is a risk decision. We reduce that risk with engineering transparency, single-source accountability and inspection data you can verify.

01 / HYBRID ROUTING

Constructive Design, One Supplier

Print the complex geometry, machine the critical interfaces. One accountable supplier instead of two vendors and a gap in between.

  • Near-net-shape printing saves material
  • Datum strategy planned before printing
  • Fewer assemblies through part consolidation
02 / ENGINEERING-LED DFM

Shaping Parts Before They Are Made

Engineers review wall thickness, overhangs, support access, tool reach and tolerance stack-ups, then suggest changes that lower cost without compromising function.

  • Process recommendation per quantity
  • Material and heat-treatment advice
  • Clear written feedback in English
03 / VERIFIED QUALITY

Crafting Excellence in Every Layer

Every batch is inspected against your drawing. Measurement records and material traceability travel with the parts, so incoming inspection on your side is faster.

  • Dimensional inspection reports
  • Material certificates on request
  • Export-grade protective packaging

Buyer FAQ

Questions Engineers Ask Before Placing an Order

Straight answers from our engineering team. Need more detail on a specific part? Our engineers respond in English.

Talk to an Engineer

Why do you use green-light lasers for copper 3D printing?

Pure copper reflects most of the 1064 nm infrared energy used by standard fiber lasers, which leads to unstable melt pools and porosity. A green laser (around 515 nm) is absorbed far more efficiently, producing denser copper parts for heat exchangers, induction coils and electrical conductors.

What tolerances can you hold on machined and printed metal parts?

Unless otherwise specified, machined features follow ISO 2768-m. Critical CNC-finished features can reach ±0.005 mm depending on geometry, material and part size. As-printed metal surfaces are typically ±0.1–0.2 mm, so we machine critical interfaces such as bores, sealing faces and datums after printing.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We support single prototypes, engineering validation batches and low- to mid-volume production runs, and recommend the most economical process for each quantity during DFM review.

Which files should I send for a DFM review?

Please send a 3D model (STEP, IGES, X_T, or STL for printing), a 2D PDF drawing with tolerances and GD&T, the material grade, surface finish, quantity and target delivery date. An NDA can be signed before files are shared.

How are parts inspected and shipped to overseas buyers?

Every order is dimensionally inspected against your drawing, and inspection reports and material certificates can be supplied on request. Parts are packed for export and shipped by international express courier, air freight or sea freight to customers worldwide.
